Non-Functional Items:
If the item you have
received is defective, you can contact us within the
warranty period. Defective item will be replaced if available, if not available a refund will be
issued.

We need your Order Number and eBay item number.

all return shipping charges.

accept returned merchandise with a 20% restocking fee.

warranty

AS-IS stamp
indicates
item has no
warranty.

Return
Procedures:
Send
email to
ebay@svliquidate.com
with support for your claim to obtain the Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise must be sent back in
the original packaging with RMA number which is valid for
fourteen (14) days from date of issue. Returned packages
without RMA number will not be accepted.

Freight
Damages:
If package arrives damaged, accept delivery and take photos
of damaged area, then contact us so we can file a claim with
the carrier. Refunds will be available after carriers
reimbursement.

Feedback:
Our automated system will post
a feedback after we receive a feedback from you. No
exceptions. We will not grant a return if negative feedback
is left before an effort is made to resolve the issue.
Please contact us with any questions or concerns before
leaving a neutral or negative feedback. We are a Square
Trade member and committed to resolve issues based on eBay
rules and our auction policy.
We do not claim
responsibility in events of the example RMA
situations
below:
- For any damages made by
carrier during shipping to the customer.
- For any losses in the mail
while returning the DOA merchandise, we require proper
tracking.
- If the returned
merchandise is not properly packed and insured and is damaged during
RMA return.
- When returns have signs of
abuse or signs unit was disassembled. These items will be refused.
