Payment must be received within forteen (14) days after auction closed. If we do not receive the payment nor any communication within the forteen (14) days period, we shall have no choice but to file the non-paying dispute to recover our cost of the auction. Shipping Terms:

We ship our items to almost everywhere in the world. Currently we do not have service to Japan, Italy, Iran, Iraq, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Mongolia, Myarmar, Laos, Nepal, Cambodia, East Timor, Pakistan, Afghanistan and all countries in Africa.

Tracking number for all domestic shipment will be provided upon request.

A confirmation number for International Shipment will be provided upon request, however, the number provided by USPS is not much for tracking purpose, and we have no control once your package is being shipped. If you wish to have your parcel sent in a more secure way, please contact us to consult with the additional cost of upgrading the shipment.

We Strongly encourage you to acquire shipping insurance to protect your item -- If the item was lost or damaged during transition by the shipping carrier, YOLStore holds no responsibility for the package, if insurance was not purchased.

Local pick-up may be available upon request -- 50% of the item's shipping cost will still be charged as handling. Please contact us to make arrangement.

We usually ship your items within two (2) business days.

If you wish to be benefitted from the combine shipping discount, please wait until all your auctions have been ended before submitting the payment. Some items may be too big to be shipped together, but we would still honor you with the discount as the appreciation of your business.

Returns
At YOL Store, we strive our best to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase. If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within the warranty period and we will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal functionality. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund (including shipping) will be issued in the form of the original payment method. You may also return the item even the product is not defective, but the shipping cost will not be refunded. Specifics terms are:

For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with packing slip.

Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.

Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 5 days from delivered date.

A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.

All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period.

Returns Procedures
Please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with the original packing slip and displaying the appropriate RMA number. All RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from their original date of issue. Returned packages not displaying an RMA number or displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted.
