C.O.D.: Available for orders shipped via FedEx (additional $7.50) or UPS (additional $7) by money order or bank check only. Due to the high number of returned COD packages, a copy of your payment must be faxed to us prior to shipping.
Prepayment: Money order, bank check or personal/company check (personal/company checks will be held for approximately 10 days)
Credit card: Mastercard, VISA, Discover/Bravo and American Express accepted. Credit card orders can only be shipped to the billing address or alternate address that is on record with the bank that issued the card. International cards are accepted only if the bank will verify name and address information. Please note that most international card issuers will not.
Wire Transfer: Email us after the auction is over to obtain our banking details.
Sales tax: Mass. orders subject to 5% MA sales tax

All items are shipped from MA, USA. Buyer pays for shipping. Shipping rates are based on the actual weight of the order, not on the number of items you purchase. All shipping rates quoted are for destinations within the continental US. If you are located outside the continental US, email us with your address for a rate quote.

Returns are accepted only for repair/replacement of the same item as per the warranty. We do not offer refunds.
