Description: What you are bidding on is a APC SmartCell Back Up Unit Battery. Microprocessor controlled SmartCell battery packs help provide Matrix-UPS' maximum data center security. If one battery should fail, the self-diagnosing LED can indicate the failure of an individual SmartCell. Because SmartCells are connected in parallel, the failed battery can then be "hot-swapped" out, while the remaining batteries keep the protected system up and running. While other brands UPS's may require two or three replacements, SmartCells might need only one during the service life of the unit. These extraordinary batteries last longer because they operate at room temperature. SmartCells also can be added easily to provide as much runtime as your application requires. Local Pick-up: By appointment only between 10am and 4pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Chesterfield or St. Ann, Missouri. (Other times may be available for an additional charge). Failure to pick-up your item within 7 days of end of auction could result in a storage fee of $3.00 per day. Due to Paypal policies we cannot accept Paypal payments on items that are picked-up in person! Sales tax at a rate of 7.47% will be collected on all items picked-up or shippedwithin the state of Missouri.

ShippingMethods: We use U.S.P.S., DHL, LTL Carriers, or our own trucks for Domestic Shipping. We reserve the right to use or substitute any of these shipping methods, unless specifically requested. We charge a handling charge acceptable to eBay that is dependent on the time and materials necessary to properly package your items. This charge is included in the quotes shipping price. International Shipping: We use U.S.P.S. for international shipping. The quote for shipping will NOT include applicable duties and taxes owed to your country. Appropriate values will be used for customs purposes, no exceptions!

Damaged Items:All items are shipped using industry standard packing materials, and areinsured for your protection. However, there are instances when the carrier may damage your item in transit. In those cases, you must notify us within48 hours of receipt of a damaged item. We will assist you in filing your claim with the insurance company to recover your loss. You MUST keep all packaging materials and send us photographs of the item. If you feel an item is damaged prior to even opening it, contact us upon receipt. Failure to fully cooperate in assisting us with the insurance claim will result in your loss of any potential reimbursement.
