From original invoice and/or receive date: We will replace or repair any component for the warranty period. If a replacement component is not available, we reserve the right to offer substitute (of equal or greater value). If there are any problems, you can contact us by email, mail, fax or phone to request an return authorization. All returns must have an RMA number for reference of problem or concern. FREE phone and email support are available during normal business hours. All sales are considered final unless defective or damaged. Defective and damaged merchandise may be returned within 10 days from receipt for a refund. All original materials: including manuals, CD's and accessories must be return in their entirety to receive a refund. Defective and damaged software may be retuned within 10 days from receipt for a refund or replacement. Returned software must NOT be opened. Installed software on systems is NOT returnable. Software product keys and registration information can NOT be compromised; if you wish to receive a refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Upon our inspection, valid defective and damaged merchandise will be returned to the customer at our shipping expense. All systems, barebones and motherboard combos are tested before leaving our facilities. Returned merchandise that is found to be in good working order (upon our inspection) may be subjected to labor fee of $25.00 and 20% restocking fee. Original shipping & handling charges will NOT be refunded on returned merchandise.
