This phone is about 5 months old. I cancelled my old cell phone to use this as a cheaper alternative until the new 3G iPhone came out in July. Despite reading mixed reviews on Skype Wifi Phones, it worked fine for me. Everyone has certain expectations and this met mine. Both home and work had Wifi so it was a perfect fit for me. I don't recommend it for an extremely on-the-go person because calls do not work well when jumping between Wifi access points.

Comes with everything in the picture. Charger cord, stand, USB cord, box with packing materials, and the phone. Phone is in good condition.
