-We ship internationally using the Global Shipping Program. This means that we will ship your item to the Global Shipping Hub in Kentucky, USA. Once your item arrives at the hub then will then ship your item directly to you and send you a second tracking number.

Return Policy

Customers must comply with the following return instructions:

- We accept returns if an item arrives to you damaged, defective, or not as described. No returns will be processed without an RMA code. Please contact us for the code.

-Return requests must be made within three days of receiving your item. The item must be returned the same way that it is received in the original box with all accessories & packing materials.

- Return shipping cost is paid by the buyer.

-All original items, accessories, manuals etc. that were included upon initial delivery must be returned in the same condition as they were received.

- If item purchased as brand new has been opened there will be a 30% restocking fee applied to your return.

Our return policy is void under the following circumstances:

-If the returned item has any signs of physical damage, mishandling, or liquid/spill damage.

-If the item is shipped to a secondary location using a forwarding shipping company.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be filled out within 3 days before any defective and/or damaged goods may be returned.
