1- Carrier:
Our standard
carrier isfor
all domestic and international orders. However we may prefer
to ship items through other carriers at our own discretion
and it will not be an option for buyers to choose
another carrier.
2- Shipping
Charges: A flat
shipping and handling
rate is quoted for US, Canada, Hawaii and Alaska
destinations. Other
international buyers should ask for a shipping quote before
bidding. We
don't ship on buyer's account and buyer must pay actual
shipping and handling to the desired destination as quoted. We don't
ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO and Military Bases. A physical address is
required from all buyers.
Orders paid by PayPal will be shipped to the confirmed
PayPal address only.
3- Combined
Shipment: Combined
shipment is accepted if the items can be combined. Buyer
should contact us to know about restriction and how to
combine items.
4- Rush
Delivery:
Due to high volume of
shipping and other restrictions, any request for faster
shipping and delivery must be received before bidding. we
cannot do any such arrangements in the last minute or when
the order is closed.
5- Pickup:
Pickup is not available
for all items unless it is mentioned in the description
area. A handling fee will be applied for any local pickup and we
only accept Cash or Cashier's check for pickup orders. Customer should contact
us in advance to schedule for a pickup.
Return Policy
Note:
As a
liquidator, we have no expertise to test
thousands of different items that we carry
each month.
All Sales Come With 30
Days DOA (Dead On Arrival) Warranty
Unless Advertised "As-Is". To
avoid confusion, please check the item
description and look for the Logo in front
of the description.
1-
DOA (Dead on Arrival): As a liquidator of
thousands of different items, we have absolutely no
expertise to test items and answer technical questions. Our
knowledge is limited to the information we find on the Web
and we are not responsible for any of the quoted
information. If the item you have
received is defective, you should contact us within 7 days
after delivery of the merchandise and report the problem to
us to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
A close-up picture and a detailed report of the problem will
be required for issuing an RMA number. The RMA number will
be valid for 10 days only and the merchandise must be
returned within the 30 days warranty period. We will replace the defective item for
you if a replacement is available. If the replacement is not
available a PayPal refund (including shipping) will be issued or
we may choose to send a company check in some cases.

For
replacement, merchandise must be returned within 30 days
of receipt and in the original packing accompanied
with packing slip.

Returned
items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional
damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt
before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges and
compare them with recorded serial numbers.

Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for
the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.

Absolutely
no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.

Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and deviation items
must be reported within 5 days from delivery date.

Buyer is
responsible for all return shipping charges.
-
Returns
will be subject to a 20% restocking fee in case of
change of mind and wrong purchase by buyer.
Note: Return
of the item will not be accepted if:

The
problem is minor and can be fixed easily like, loosen
cable or parts due to handling and shipping shocks,
replaceable fuse, calibration problems, software and
setup problems, incompatibility issues, passwords,
installation and setup key (if not mentioned in the
description that the installation key or password is
included then you shouldn't assume that you will receive
it)

The
items shows signs of abuse or internal damage. We
carefully inspect returned items and match the part
numbers and serial numbers before issuing any refund or
agreeing with your claim.

The
item is tested beyond the capacity and capability which
is defined and designed including but not limited to
over charging, higher or different voltages, pressure,
shocks etc.
-
The item
is damaged during and after shipping. Please refer to
freight damages section of this page.

We also are not responsible for any merchandise that is not
received while we have provided a tracking number. A claim
must be filed in cases of non-receipt of an item with the
carrier under the provided tracking information. We are not
also responsible in the following conditions:

For any
losses in the mail while returning the DOA merchandise.
-
For any
damages made by carrier during shipping.
-
If the
returned merchandize is not properly packed and insured
and damaged during return.
2- Cancellation:
If you change your mind for
any reasons like wrong bids, emergency cases,
incompatibility etc., you will be required to pay a 20%
restocking fee to cover the costs of listing on eBay, labor
and devaluation upon mutual agreement for returning the
item. You should follow the RMA procedure upon agreement and
a positive feedback should be left before we can issue a
partial refund.
3- Freight
Damages: If
the package you have received has been damaged during
shipping and the box is deformed because of any mishandling,
moisture etc., you should keep the package and contact us
so that we can file a claim with carrier and request them to
inspect the package.
Note: A refund will be available as
soon as the carrier accepts to cover the damages.

are satisfied with your transaction with us, please leave a
positive feedback and we will surely do the same for you
when we do our regular updates. Please contact us with any
questions or concerns before leaving a neutral or negative
