      Here is an Altair 8800B. Being sold AS-IS. It is loaded. It has 14 boards in it. It appears to have about 32K of ram, it has a Morrow/Winchester hard disc drive controller and more. It comes with both disc drives and the cables you see in the pics. There are also some extra boards which I don\'t know what they all are but I took a picture of each. I know one is a 4K ram board. 6 boards are complete, tow are unbuilt ,and there is also an extender card. I purchased these from the original owner/builder. He also said he had an earlier one but that disappeared some time ago. Not pictured is the box full of manuals and documents, plus all the software and some extra blank disks. You will get everything I found in his house. Since this will be shipped in about three boxes I decided just to include shipping in the price. I have seen this recently go for about $3000 with just one drive. So I figured with all the extra parts and extra drive this is well worth the asking price.(don\'t forget free shipping). Since I don\'t know anything about these I have not attempted to turn it on, and I wouldn\'t know what to do with it one it was on. As you can see inside it is complete, and I believe in nice shape for being about 40 years old. These were considered to be the first personal computer, alot of history here. also I may consider selling one drive alone if I get a good offer and then relisting this with computer and one drive.
