Payment
• High Bidder should contact Seller WITHIN 3 DAYS after auction is closed.
• Payment must be made WITHIN 7 DAYS.
• Accepted forms of payment are: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
• Money Orders and Cashier's Checks will be accepted until October 15, 2008.
• If you intend on paying with a money order or cashiers check, proceed through the auction checkout and indicate your method of payment. This places a 10 day hold on your purchase so that it will not be re-sold while your payment is being mailed.

Shipping
• Continental US bidders pay shipping & handling costs as per "Shipping costs" listed in the auction. Insurance is optional.
• We strive to ship the day after your payment arrives. If you pay on Friday or Saturday, shipping will take place the following Monday.
• Freight items will be shipped at the discretion of our LTL pickup service and the size of LTL queue. Freight items are usually ready for shipment within 24 hours after purchase. However, there are times when we will have other LTL loads queued in front of your shipment which can cause a delay.
• Freight does not carry standard carrier insurance. Instead, it is on a per pound bases (ie. $5 per pound, $10 per pound, etc.)
• International shipping is provided through USPS or FedEX upon request.
• We can expedite shipping. There is a 12:00pm CST cutoff time for FedEx Express Pickup.
Returns
• Customer must inspect all goods upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours to let us know if the item is damaged or in a condition otherwise described in the auction.
• Items damaged in shipping are not included in the "100% as described" guarantee, and will be processed through shipping insurance claims. Please retain all damaged item packing material for insurance purposes.
• Unless an item has been shipped by freight, there will be a full refund (including original shipping costs) on items that are not as described.
• Customer return shipping costs are non-refundable for any reason. (including DOA, description mistakes, or shipping damage)
• Items can only be returned with prior authorization. An RMA (return materials authorization) number most be obtained from us before you return any order. Unauthorized returns will not be honored.
• Customers must pack any item(s) being returned completely, with all manuals, cables, accessories, software, etc.
• Regardless of condition, all products must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping. Damaged item(s) will be returned to customer with no refund.

• Feedback will be made AFTER you receive your item, have a chance to look it over, and YOU HAVE LEFT FEEDBACK!
