Receipt of Equipment:

ü Each box contains a PACKING SLIP indicating what is in the box. It is the customer's responsibility to check the items received against the packing slip, and notify NTR via email or fax regarding discrepancies immediately upon receipt of the equipment.

Warranty / Exchange:

ü NTR 30 Day Warranty - If your item comes with an “NTR 30 Warranty” it will cover DOA equipment and equipment failing to perform to manufacturers’ specifications within 30 days of customer receipt. For the 30 day warranty NTR must receive the item within 60 days of the customer received date. Werefund the equipment under warranty within 30 days after its receipt at our facility.

ü No item can be returned without prior authorization.

ü Warranty does not cover misuse and/or damage due to improper installation and/or operation of the equipment. Any tampering, altering, upgrading, (etc.) of the equipment sold by NTR will void our repair / replace or refund warranty.

ü Customer is responsible for any freight charges on all returns.
