Payment

- We accept Paypal payments ONLY. The customer is responsible for verifying the correct shipping address in Paypal. - Payment must be made within seven (7) days of the auctions end. Shipping

- Unless otherwise specified in the listing, we will ship items via UPS ground to the continental U.S.A. ONLY. We do NOT ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canadaor Overseas. We do NOT ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO Military Addresses.
- We do allow local pickup weekdays between 9AM- 3:30PM. Shipping expenses will not be applied, howeverTX sales tax and a $10 pickup fee will. Paypal IS NOT accepted for pickups. PLEASE BRING EXACT CHANGE AS WE DO NOT HAVE CHANGE ON THE PREMISES! If you wish to pick an item up please contact us for further details.

- Items left undelivered or not picked up by customers fault for more than 60 days will be resold without refund unless contact is made and an agreement is reached betweenAMS Inc.and the purchasing party.

Refunds/ Returns

- Unless otherwise specified items are sold AS-IS. If an item is DOA we will refund the purchase price of the item after the item is shipped back. Items must be returned through UPS and will be at the customer's expense.
