These HDD’s are all tested and 100% working drives. All drives made it through a one-pass overwrite and thus are considered \"tested and working.\" I also test with HD Sentinel to check for excessive amounts of bad sectors and overall health. I don’t sell bad drives, so I don\'t anticipate problems. However…see below:

I figured out a better shipping option. FedEx Ground Rocks!! I can ship the drives in a single box with 32 drives. This lowered the cost of shipping considerably, depending on where you are, of course.

Now shipping doesn\'t have to be a deal breaker.

Shipping on this one could have been a killer. At 4 lb 2 oz per 5 drives, 32 drives weighs about 30 lbs.

Returns/Exchanges on DOA drives only after the 2nd bad drive.

Let me explain: Because this is a large lot (and I have a lot of drives) I am adding/sending 2 additional drives to cover any DOA drives. If you find that you have a 3rd DOA drive (or more, but you won\'t) the following policy applies.

I will not replace or send a refund for a drive that has some bad sectors. All drives have bad sectors and this is considered in costing the lot of drives.

I must be notified within 7 days of delivery that there is a DOA drive. If I don\'t get notification of a problem within 7 days of delivery, there will be no refund or exchange. No exceptions.

After notification of a DOA drive within 7 days of delivery and shipment back to me at your expense, I will test the drive again. If it is DOA I will replace the drive if I have an identical drive. If I don\'t have a replacement drive, then I will refund the prorated cost from the total paid, minus fees I’ve paid, not including shipping cost. Bad drive must be shipped back to me at your expense. If it just has bad sectors I will not send a replacement nor issue a prorated refund. Then if you want your drive back,you have to pay for shipping back to you.

Please don\'t send it back to me unless it\'s DOA...
