Shipping:
This item will ship withing 1 business day of a cleared payment. We update customers with tracking numbers as quickly as possible. Your tracking number will be posted to your eBay account, you can click on the shipment status link to obtain a tracking or delivery confirmation number that can be tracked online. We will also email you a copy of the order with tracking information. Please check your spam or bulk folders for this info if you do not see it in your inbox.

The absolute best way to contact us, is through the eBay Messaging System. We check our eBay inbox several times a day and respond to inquiries in the order they are received. We generally respond to emails within 12 to 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Any correspondence sent after 3 p.m. on Friday through Sunday Night will be responded to by 5 p.m. on Monday in most cases.

Payments:
We gladly accept Paypal and Paypal only. You can pay through e-Check or Credit Card through Paypal. We do not take Checks or Money Orders due to too many counterfeit checks showing up here in the past. Paypal is safe, secure, and offers both parties maximum protection.

Fraud:
This eBay account is new, but we are no strangers to the eBay marketplace nor online sales in general. We know all the tricks that people use to commit fraud. We are very proactive in protecting our business and we have safeguards in place to protect ourselves and minimize loss due to theft or deceipt. All serial numbers are recorded to prevent bait and switch returns. In the case where a serial number is not on an item, we will apply an internal RMA label. If you remove that label or try to return an item that is missing that label, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
