-Buyers are provided a 30 day warranty guaranteeing the functionality and overall condition of the item(s).

-Items may show slight cosmetic marks such as light scratches or minor markings as a result of regular usage. These marks are cosmetic and do not affect the performance or functionality of the product.

-Unless otherwise stated, product manuals are not included. Buyers are responsible for setup of equipment which may include locating and installing drivers, software or consumable items. Setup support is generally not available.

-Refunds or exchanges require proper authorization.

Payment Information

-We accept Paypal, VISA, MasterCard, money orders or prepayment via personal checks (held until cleared).

-Corporate or institutional purchase orders may be accepted upon credit approval.

-Sales tax of 7.25% applies to products shipped to addresses within Illinois.

-Buyers are expected to pay for items in full within 7 days after purchase date or close of auction.

-Canada shipping is available. Canada bound packages will be sent via FedEx.
