Unless stated otherwise in the description all items, except for items listed "AS IS", carry a 7 day non-DOA guarantee. We test most items for power only. If your item arrives and will not power on please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item. We will issue you a return authorization number and shipping instructions. ERI will replace your item with a matching item from our stock. If a matching item is not available we will process your refund.
The assets on auction are described to the best of our knowledge and manufacturer's specifications.
