These modems come in GOOD cosmetic condition with some signs of use. They all power on and are fully fucntional to the extent that we are able to test them (the connect with a computer and search for internet connections). These modems come out of original box with no accessories of any kind. Power cords must be purchased separately.

This item has not been used.

LIKE NEW

This item is not new but shows no signs of handling. May have one very minor imperfection.

EXCELLENT

This item shows minor signs of use, which can include either two or more very minor imperfections or one significant blemish.

GOOD

This item shows signs of use. It may have two or three significant blemishes, along with several very minor imperfections.

FAIR

This item shows signs of heavy use. This item will have several significant blemishes, along with many minor imperfections and overall signs of wear.

POOR

This item shows signs of heavy use, including significant blemishing. This item displays wear to the point of affecting functionality.

Payment:

Payment is accepted in the form of paypal, credit card (Visa, Master Card and American Express), money order/cashier’s check and personal check for our traditional auctions and paypal only for our Buy It Now auctions. Immediate payment is required on our Buy It Now auctions. If paying by paypal, we can only ship to confirmed addresses. Payment is required within 7 days of auction’s end.

Shipping:

Buyer pays shipping cost stated in the auction. This quote is based on shipment to the continental United States. Please call for shipping charges to other destinations within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. We ship all auctions within three business days of payment. We do combine shipping on multiple items. Shipping will be calculated by taking the largest shipping fee of the items won and adding half of the shipping charges for each additional item.

Local Pick Up:

We offer local pick up Monday through Friday, 10am – 4pm. We ask that you call ahead so that we may have your item ready for you when you arrive. Please provide twenty-four hours advance notice.

Insurance:

All auctions are shipped insurance to provide the customer the utmost security. This is provided at no additional cost.

Feedback Policy:

We are happy to provide positive feedback for any customer satisfied with their transaction. It will be left automatically once positive feedback has been left of us.

Return Policy:

We accept returns on items within 30 days of payment. In order to return something, you must obtain an RMA number from our customer service team. Instructions on how to obtain this number are included with the invoice on all shipments. Returns will only be accepted if the item is not as described in the auction. When an item is returned, we will send a replacement item. We charge a 20% restocking fee, $10minimum, if a refund is requested instead of an exchange. We reserve the right to offer a refund in the event that a replacement is not available. If any substitutions are possible, we will offer that option to the customer at our discretion. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on merchandise sold AS-IS.
