WARRANTY INFORMATION
• If the description says: "Guaranteed NO DOA" policy explained- 7 day guarantee from the date of delivery (package delivery date of UPS, FedEx or other carrier.) All warranty claims must be made within 7 days of receipt - no exceptions. If an item is found to be defective, please contact us by phone or email for Return Mechandise Authorization number (RMA) and shipping instructions. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. All shipping / handling charges are non-refundable. All returns are repaired / replaced / or refunded at Southwest Computer Solutions (SCS) sole discretion. All returns must be received at SCS facility within 15days of issuing the RMA, otherwise the RMA will be refused. SCS bears the cost of shipping the replacement back to you.
• Good part retuns - a 20% restocking fee will apply for all good part returns with an RMA number. Shipping and handling are non-refundable. Buyer responsible for all return shipping costs. Seven days for delivery to request RMA, 15 days to complete RMA.
