This is a Linksys cable modem, only used for one month. We bought it to replace our old crappy modem, this one worked flawlessly, and then the cable company installs a new one for some reason. Oh well, this one is amazing, never dropped the internet, fast as crap. Linksys is top of the line, this is easy to install, call yourinternet service providerif you have any trouble. Comes with everything that I got with it from Best Buy. I guarantee you couldn't tell this one from a new one.
