***UPDATE*** Replacement casing was found and has been replaced. The unit is now in excellent physical condition. ***Thanks!*** This is a very unique item, released only in Japan. The Toshiba M3 was manufactured as a partnership between Toshiba and the Japanese telecom company DOCOMO as a highly portable internet terminal in the late 2000s. It is the size of the standard 50CT/70CT but houses a 133MHz Pentium with 32MB RAM standard, upgradable to 96MB (this unit has 64MB currently) similar to the 100CT. It has a 2.1GB HDD standard IDE. This unit will be upgraded to Windows 2000 in English. This is a complete set with AC, working large battery (no guarantee on life), 2x docking stations, and CDROM drive. What is interesting to note about these units is that as they were made specifically for mobile data access, the Cardbus slot is on the left side as opposed to the right of the standard units so as not to interfere with mouse operations with a data card inserted.
