US Micro will repair or replace any defective component or the entire product as needed during this time. This warranty does not apply to software issues of any kind. This warranty is not transferable and is void if the product is resold after leaving our factory. Batteries and AC adapters are under warranty for 60 days from purchase date.

If you experience functional problems with your hardware during this warranty period, please contact us with a description of the problem. We will first try to remedy the situation; in many cases, a simple solution can be found. If we determine that warranty service is required, we will issue an RMA number.

The map below can be used to determine how many days it takes FedEx to deliver your package using ground / standard shipping once it has shipped from our facility. Unfortunately, these days do not include weekends, holidays, or processing time.
