It is very important that Item must be returned in the same condition as you received it. No operating system changes, no CPU overclocking, drivers and/or any other hardware changes. If you have upgraded to Windows 10, please roll back to previous version (Windows 7) before returning it. Any hardware changes you made, and if it caused the hardware failure, it may delay your refund until we further investigate and if we find any changes you had made that might have caused the hardware failure, we will send the item back to you, and no money back and we’ll report it to .
