Returns
- Request for refund must be received within 30 days of delivery date.
- Customer pays return shipping unless the item received was not as described in the listing.
- Refund amount will be for sale price only. Shipping is not refundable unless the item received was not as described in the listing.
Instructions for returns:
- Customers must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box prior to shipping the unit back.
- Returns must include all accessories that were sent with the unit.
- The returned item is received and inspected by our technicians within 72 hours of receipt.
- Your refund will then be processed upon the conclusion of our inspection.
- Failure to follow these instructions will result in delays in processing the return.
