Technical Support: EPC provides HARDWARE SALES ONLY. We do not provide technical support in any way shape or form. We do not provide telephone technical support, email technical support or surface mail technical support. The buyer is soley responsible for setup and configuration of their item/s.

Operating Systems: All our computer gear is off-lease gear and it's required we 'wipe' all data that may be on each machine. So no computers at this time have an Operating System installed. That means that even our fully working computers will not be fully operational until an operating system is installed on the computer. For most computers a 'restore' cd can be obtained for $5-40 from the PC manufacturer(i.e. DELL, HP, Gateway) and you simply place the CD into the computer and 'Boot' the computer to the CD and it will install the Operating System(in most cases Windows XP Professional or Home). This method does vary depending on your individual computer background and knowledge.

Warranty Information

All EPC eBay listings item/s will fall into(1) and only (1)of the following warranty status' :

(1) 30 Day Warranty - This warranty is an "implied warranty". This warranty 'implies' the item/s are in normal functioning condition and to the best of our knowledge there is nothing wrong with the unit other than what is listed in the listing. This means if a computer is listed, and it has a warranty, and the machine boots to a "C:\" prompt(because there are no Operating Systems Installed on our systems) then this machine is in good working order and has nothing wrong with it other than what may be listed.

30 Day Warranty. Any item(s) that is defective, damaged or misrepresented will be repaired or replaced. This warranty does not apply if shipped outside the United States. All other returnswill be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

(2) 30 Day Warranty | Power-On Test Only -This warranty is an "implied warranty". But our eBay department may not be able to fully test the item/s because of hardware or knowledge limitations. Examples of some equipment may include, enterprise-gradeunits(fiber switches, routers), obsolete technology(i.e. VHS player, reel-to-reel film projector), or proprietary units that we do not have the capability to fully test, but we firmly believe this unit is operational due to it coming directly off lease from a company in a working environment. This also means we may not have detailedinformation on internal identifiers such as firmware versions, software loads, IOS versions, or configurations of units. Some units may require a Master Reset before using. Some units may be 'locked' down by the previous owner and they will require a reset of their configuration before a new owner will be able to operate the unit. EPC does not know this procedure or provide any technical support at any time for any item. It is the buyer’s responsibility for setup and configuration of their purchases. EPC is hardware sales only will not provide technical support at any time.

(3) 'AS-IS' | No Warranty- This means no warranty is included for this item/s. The item may be broken, damaged, or non-functional in a multitude of ways. We may also have limited knowledge about the item, it's condition or a combination of the both. There are NO RETURNS on our 'AS-IS' eBay listings. There is no 'implied warranty' on our 'AS-IS' ebay listings either.

Images: We photograph all of our auction items or may used stock images for items we have listed in the past. Items listed in a store format or items presented in quantity listings are generally representative of all the items we have for sale. The images displayed are of the actual item for sale unless otherwise specified.

Batteries: The nature of batteries is volatile, specifically used batteries. EPC makes no guarantee on the life of batteries unless otherwise specified in a listing. If we are aware of a battery's condition (by itself or as part of another item listed), we will pass that information on. Refunds will never be given in the event of battery malfunction EXCEPT in the instance that we specifically guarantee the battery against DOA in the listing.

"How long does it take to get my item/s":

Each eBay listing is required to go through the same process.

(1) eBay listing ends, (2) payment is collected, (3) payment clears processing, (4) Sales Order created, (5) Item/s packaged, (6) Item/s shipping information created, (7) UPS truck picks your item/s up for delivery

This process may take up to (3) business days. In most casesonly(2) business days. If youreBay listing ENDSoutside of our regular business hours then processing will not begin until thestart of the next business day. If youreBay listing ENDS on a weekend then processing will not begin until thenext business day, Monday.

Payment: We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, and Wire Transfers as payment.

Sales Tax: Missouri, South Carolinaand Nevada customers will be charged State Sales Tax.

Shipping: We primarily use UPS to ship items won in our auctions. You can use eBay’s shipping calculator (located at the bottom of this auction) to figure out shipping cost prior to bidding.International bidder should be aware that they are responsible for additional taxes and tariffs charged by shipping companies, their countries, etc.

Tracking: Tracking numbers are sent after your item has been paid for, payment has cleared, item/s have been packaged, and shipping information has been created for your item/s. If you need a tracking number please contact

International Shipping Restrictions: EPC, Inc. observes the restrictions set by the United States Government on what items can be sent out of the United States. The International shipping of any items purchased will follow those restrictions. If you are unsure about your ability to receive merchandise, contact the US Department of the Treasury- Office of Foreign Asset Control - via their website. NOTE We will not ship ANY item to ANY country deemed dangerous by the United States government or any country on the Do Not Ship To list.
