• We strive to ship the day after your payment arrives. If you pay on Friday or Saturday, shipping will take place the following Monday.
• Freight items will be shipped at the discretion of our LTL pickup service and the size of LTL queue. Though our freight items are immediately ready for shipment, there are times when we will have other LTL loads queued in front of your shipment and there may be a shipment delay.
• International shipping is provided through USPS. Also, via FedEX upon request.
• We can expedite shipping. There is a 12:00pm MST cutoff time for Express Pickup.
• Inspect all goods upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours and let us know if the item is damaged or in a condition otherwise described in the auction.
• Items damaged in shipping are not included in the "100% as described" guarantee, and will be processed through shipping insurance claims. Please retain all damaged item packing material for insurance reasons.
• Unless an item has been shipped by freight, there will be a full refund (including original shipping costs) on items that are not as described.
• Return shipping costs are non-refundable for any reason. (including DOA, description mistakes, or shipping damage)
• Items can only be returned with prior authorization. An RMA (return materials authorization) number most be obtained from us before you return any order. Unauthorized returns can not be honored and more than likely will be lost.
• Any item(s) being returned must be packed completely, with all manuals, cables, accessories, software, etc.
• Regardless of condition, all products must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping. Damaged item(s) will be returned to customer with no refund.
• Feedback will be made AFTER you receive your item, have a chance to look it over, and YOU HAVE LEFT FEEDBACK!
• eBay aggressively pursues those who use the threat of negative feedback to gain more services or product than they contract for when they've win an auction. Customers who attempt this tactic will be reported to eBay.
