You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt that an item does not function as described.

You must return the item to us. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

The returned item must include all accessories and must be in the same condition as it was when we shipped it.

Futuretech Liquidations will confirm that the item does not work as advertised and that all parts/accessories have been returned and at our sole discretion, we willreplace item or issue arefund.

Any tampering or attempts to remove our securitystickers will render your warranty NULL & VOID

US Customs

All shipments to the US that have a sale value of US$200 or more may be subject toan importtaxplus Brokerage Fees. These fees are the responsibility of the bidder and we have no control over what these costs are.

Our DOA policy DOES NOT apply to DO-IT-YOURSELF installations. In order to qualify for our DOA policy the installation must be done by a professional car audio shop.
