The built-in File Transfer Protocol (FTP) facility also enables file exchange between this unit and computers on the internet. The LAN-Server can work as a stand-alone FTP Server when assigned a static IP address, When the LAN-Server is attached to a wireless router, you can access your data from your wireless enabled computers. Additionally, the built-in Samba facility enables the LAN-Server administrator to determine the folders/directories to be shared.

The LAN-Server is supplied with a Power Adapter that accepts 100-240 VAC 50-60 Hz power. Therefore, this unit is able to work anywhere in the world. All you need is a plug adapter to allow you to plug the USA plug into your electrical mains.

Shipping & Handling

We usually ship within 24-72 hours from receipt of cleared payment. We use UPS, FedEx and the United States Postal Service (USPS). All items are shipped insured with the insurance fee added (if it is not already included) when you process your order at checkout. We will supply you with tracking numbers where available from the carrier. Unfortunately carriers sometimes take longer than their published transit time and this is beyond our control.

If you purchase two (2) or more items from us in a 72-hour period, we will ship all items in one package. This usually provides a shipping and handling discount of 10% or more per item (if shipping costs were figured individually for each item). Shipping and handling charges are calculated and shown for most countries. Shipping and handling charges for other Worldwide areas quoted as required.

Satisfaction & Return Policy

We take great care in accurately describing the condition of the products we sell. We guarantee our items not to be DOA. If you receive your item and feel that the condition is not consistent with our description, let us know immediately (within 7 days of receipt), and we'll do our best to satisfy you. If we can't make you happy you may return the item but will require an RMA as described below.

This item comes with a Limited Warranty as detailed in the listing. We guarantee the item to be as described and will refund the purchase price if item is not as described and buyer returns it unused and unopened within 7 days of receipt. If you need to return any item, please contact us by e-mail to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This will help us process your credit quickly. Please print this RMA number clearly on the return carton. Return shipping charges and insurance are your responsibility. You should fully insure the item you return. Returned items must include all the original packing materials and all the documentation that came with the item, or the return may be subject to a 15% re-stocking charge.
