This auction is for a Kingston 512MB SILICON GRAPHICS matched memory kit, consisting of two
256MB modules with part number: KSG-ORIG/512N. Remember the "good times" you had with your
system when it was
new, and not bogged down by all those applications you're
running nowadays? Those in the know, are all too aware of
the system-bogging effects of big apps on small RAM. In
other words... if you're short on RAM, up yours!
Used memory, tested in good working condition. Sold with
a 30-Day Hardware Replacement Warranty. We will replace
this item with the same (or similar) item
if it is
determined to be defective (we will retest upon return)
within 30 days of receipt.
Warranty does not cover compatibility issues or
installation incidents.
Installation by unqualified individual voids this
warranty.

system. Please do not try to return working memory as
'DOA' if it is not compatible with your system, it will be retested and

UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE, Items carry a 30 Day Replacement/Credit Guarantee. If
we do not have sufficient quantity of an item to offer a replacement, a credit
will be issued, NO REFUNDS.
� If item is sold AS-IS, there is no warranty, and no returns will be authorized
for any reason.
� If you have questions concerning the warranty of the item, prior to bidding

Returns:
If a warranty product is found to be defective,
or you receive the wrong product, you must notify PC Parts, Inc. by telephone
within 15 days of delivery at (717) 233-3419, Monday through Friday 9am-6pm,
EST. Calling is the fastest way to resolve your product issue, email will delay
processing of your return.
- Returns are for CREDIT only. Credits must be
used within 90 days.
- Products with cosmetic or compatibility issues
may not be returned. Please educate yourself as to what your are purchasing
prior to bidding.
- Return merchandise must be packed in the
original shipping material with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside
of the package.
- All Returns must be received within 15 days of
the RMA date.
- Freight on all returns must be PREPAID.
In order to return a product to PC Parts, Inc.,
you MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) from your
salesperson. This number must be displayed on the outside of the box being
returned. Items returned without an RMA# will be refused and will therefore
cause a delay in processing your return and credit.
Damages:
If you receive a product damaged in transit by
the shipper, you must contact us by telephone within 3 business days of
delivery. Call (717) 233-3419, M-F 9am � 6pm EST. A damage claim will be filed
and we will arrange for the damaged item to be picked up by the original
shipper. A replacement item will be shipped to you. Please note, items sold
"AS-IS" may not be returned for damage.
Additional Terms and Conditions:
- PC Parts, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any
order when a credit card has been declined.
- Payments not received within 2 weeks of the
close of an auction will be cancelled.
- Computer systems may contain new, refurbished,
used or factory-renewed components.
- Used and refurbished items may have slight
cosmetic imperfections. Please see the Returns section above for information
about cosmetic issues.
- Refurbished monitors sold alone or with a
computer system will occasionally have blemishes on the side or back of the
case, but not the display side. Monitors may also have slight screen burn, but
are otherwise guaranteed to be in good working condition.
- All auction items are for shipment only. We do
not allow customer pickup of orders.
- All returns require an RMA number. Returns
without proper authorization or sent freight collect will be rejected. Customers
are responsible for return shipping charges.
- Credits are valid for 90 days from date of
Credit unless otherwise stated.
