~ Estate Item ~Kathrein Portable Control Adapter 86010046 PCA for RCU/ tmaI have no clue on this estate item , I think it may be a position controller for broadcasting antenna's ?

I plugged it in with the US standard plug it came with = power lights works on both items power adapter and unit. other than that sold as untested unknown working condition.
