Upon receipt of Return Authorization, the buyer has 3 Business Days to ship item to us and provide tracking number via e-mail. GreenTek Solutions does not issue refunds for any form of shipping, either to or from the buyer. Items that are damaged while in the buyer\'s possession, regardless of circumstances, do not qualify for a refund or exchange. In addition, items damaged by improper packaging when returned to GreenTek Solutions will not qualify for refund or exchange.
Items with Warranty: We affix \"warranty labels\" on all items that have a warranty. Evedince of tampering, removal or broken seal, will VOID the warranty.
Texas buyers and local picked up customers at our office - GreenTek Solutions - will be charged 8.25% Sales Tax. Buyers are required to provide payment within 1 week from sale close, unless other arrangements are made. Late payments may result in order cancellation.
