All items are shipped primarily via UPS Ground; occasionally we may use other reputable couriers in Canada and the United States. We charge a flat fee of $20.00 US per item on Ground shipping. Express shipping is available to some destinations at an additional cost by request. Please reach out to us using the Messaging System before placing your order to arrange for Express shipping. Shipping costs may vary depending on the method selected or on orders with multiple items.
Normally, all orders are shipped withinONEBusiness Day after the receipt of payment. Our shipping cut-off time is 3:00 p.m. EST. Orders processed after cut-off will be shipped the following business day. We do not offer weekend shipping. All orders processed after 3:00 p.m. on Fridays will be shipped the following Business Day. All items are securely packed to ensure that the product arrives in the listed condition. We will only ship to the address (no P.O. boxes) mentioned on your PayPal payment. We are unable to alter any item value(s) in order for the Buyer to avoid paying applicable importation fees. All requests for such alterations will be ignored.
