PayPal - For PayPal customers we will only accept payment from the PayPal account with a confirmed shipping address in the United States of America and we will only ship to the confirmed address.

- Due to shipper restrictions, we can only deliver to street addresses -- no P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Orders which involve software can require additional 3-5 business days (6-8 business days total). We process orders during business hours only: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST. The original Dell warranty applies to the base system (motherboard, power supplies, etc.) and any components that are original to that particular Service Tag. Components added by STI are covered by STI's Next Business Day warranty for 3 years from the date purchased from STI. Our warranty terms cover technical support, diagnostics and parts replacement.
