If an item needs repair or replacement we will issue you an RMA number so you can send the device back to us (return shipping is not refundable). We can either, refund, repair or replace/exchange the device for you.
- Do not drop, open, or try to change any parts. My technicians are experienced and will detect any attempts that the item was misused, opened or tampered with. If this is the case, I will count it as fraud and the proper authorities will be notified. -= WARRANTY =-
- A 30 day limited warranty is included with our items. This period starts from the sale sale date. If any hardware related issue occurs within this period we will repair, replace or refund the item for you.
- This limited warranty does not extend to cosmetic damage, abuse or misuse caused by buyer. Also does not extend to accidents caused by buyer’s hardware or software modifications or repairs. Unless otherwise approved, only the seller is allowed to attempt any repairs or modifications.
- Please be aware consumables such as batteries have a limited life span. These may not function as a new battery would.

We ship Monday through Friday, any orders that are submitted by 2pm will be shipped same day. Our final shipments for the week are processed at 2PM PST on Fridays. Any items Purchased after our 2PM cut off will be shipped the next business day.- All items include tracking

- Larger Items are shipped FedEx Ground
- PayPal Payments will be shipped ONLY to a confirmed address
- All International addresses are shipped using the global shipping program.
