Your payment is expected within 7 days of Auction Close. Failure to pay for an auction will result in negative feedback and we will process a non-paying bidder complaint with Ebay.We accept the following payment options:

Shipping
The shipping cost indicated below is for Continental United State only. Please contact us for shipping/handling cost to Hawaii, Alaska and International destinations. Please include your postal code when emailing us for shipping quote.
We ship every day except weekend via UPS, so payment received before 3 P.M. Eastern Time can always expected to be shipped on the same day. Sometimes we will also use USPS if it is a small item or if we are shipping to APO, FPO addresses. Rushed shipping such as UPS 2-Day or Next Day is available at buyer's request with extra charge. For international shipping, please make sure you give us your phone number too because it is needed for shipping outside the USA. International buyers are responsible for all custom fees and/or import taxes. (Please do not bid if you do not agree to the shipping/handling charge. We do not want complaints afterward.)

Warranty
All items sold by SCSI4ME are covered by a 14-day exchange warranty against DOA unless otherwise specified. No other warranty is implied unless stated. You should report any defects within 14 days from date of order. Note that this does not cover damage due to shipping, so it is your responsibility to insure the package.

Return
No return is allowed unless defects are reported with the item. We don't allow return for incompatibility, misunderstanding caused by unclear description. We are trying our best to describe out items clearly by demonstrating pictures and using information provided by manufacturers or other online resources. Buyers should read item description carefully and send email to us to clarify any questions before making a bid. Should misunderstanding occur, we won't be able to allow return. Defective product will be handled according to the warranty information given above. Please fill out this RMA form to get a RMA number from us before returning the product for exchange. Once the item is returned and defect is verified by our testing, we will ship a replacement item promptly or refund you the price of the item if we are out of stock on the item. The item will be sent back to buyer at buyers' cost if it is tested working properly without the reported defects. Please note that in case of a refund, Shipping/handling is not refundable.

After Auction
Buyers will usually receive the automatic PayPal payment notification within hours of auction close. To make payment right away, please use the "Pay Now with PayPal" button in the auction or send PayPal payment directly to sales@scsi4me.com. In conjunction with Ebay's recommended policy, Winning Bidders must respond and make payment arrangements within 3 days of auction closing. If you do not receive a notification, it is your responsibility to contact us. Fail to do so will lead to canceling of your bid, thus resulting in negative feedback and other collection efforts.
