This item is in good condition, with only minor blemishes if any. The units are part of a lot and each unit is inspected, tested and cleaned before being shipped. Warranty Information
All hardware is covered by a 30-day parts warranty unless otherwise stated. This warranty is only valid if the hardware is returned in its original packaging, and only covers defective hardware. Warranty is limited to the repair/replacement of defective hardware with equivalent or better equipment. No warranty is offered on any pre-installed software. Warranty does not cover minor cosmetic damage or blemmishes, and is void if the hardware has been misused or abused by the purchaser. Extended Warranty Available! Shipping Information
Shipment of your item will occur within 2-3 business days after payment has been received. All products are shipped via UPS Ground or truck freight when required. Buyer will pay the flat rate shipping charge stated in the auction or the actual shipping cost calculated at auction close if no flat rate is provided. We recommend that Buyers insure their shipments. At this time we only ship regularly to the 48 contiguous states. For Alaska, Hawaii, and ALL other international destinations, bidders must contact the seller to request an estimate for shipping charges prior to the closing of the bidding. The following are the policies for returns:

If an item is determined defective, please email your seller for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), which must accompany all DOA's. Unauthorized DOA's will not be accepted.
It is the responsibility of the Buyer to notify CTI of DOA items within 30 days of delivery.
If insurance WAS purchased with the order, CTI will handle return shipping costs. If insurance WAS NOT purchased, the BUYER must handle return shipping costs.
If the returned item IS found defective by CTI, the item will be repaired/replaced and CTI will pay for the return shipping to the BUYER. If the item cannot be repaired/replaced, a refund of the item price ONLY will be refunded, shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.
If the returned item IS NOT found defective by CTI, the item will be returned to the buyer at the BUYER'S expense and the buyer may be charged a $35 technical service fee. We recommend insured shipments.
Non-defective merchandise must be returned within the first 30 days after purchase.
All such returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and you pay return shipping.
