Welcome to TechMikeNY! All our products are in good and clean condition, and have been pulled from a climate controlled facility. We have configured each unit to meet our rigorous quality standards and have vigorously tested each server with the same process we use to load our own production servers. We load most servers with a clean install of Windows 2008 Server evaluation edition. No other documentation or software are included. We also update versions of several of the key server components, such as the remote access card (DRAC), the system BIOS, the RAID controller, as well as the backplane. We only sell and ship servers that we are confident are ready for a production environment.

Orders placed before 1PM EST will predominantly ship on the same day as they were placed. We ship via UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail depending on the specific purchased item’s size and weight.
