This power supply appears to be in new condition and was only taken out of the box for pictures. Ipowered the unit up and loaded the outputs.It appears to function properly.This is a great power supply for experimenting with low power vacuum tube equipment. The unit comes complete with original user manual and schematics.I prefer local pickup but I will ship for an extra $55.00 since I will have it packed and shipped by UPS.
