A DOA Warranty is simply a guaranty that the item will not be Dead On Arrival.A 7 Day DOA Warranty allows for 7 calendar days after the delivery date to open and test the item. We are located in Dallas, Texas. Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 3:00pm CST excluding Holidays. All business will be conducted during these hours including answering emails. This is not a telemarketing or phone order business. We are internet based and we do all business via email.
