We special order our heavy duty double-wall boxes, and surround the server with Instapak, a durable and resiliant formed foam. • Tracking numbers will be sent to your registered eBay and/or paypal email address.
• Items will be shipped as soon as possible, but may take up to three business days. Large items may incur additional delays which are beyond our control.
• All items will be shipped via DHL ground unless otherwise noted. Standard shipping rates include insurance.
• Shipping discounts are often available when purchasing multiple items. Please request an invoice prior to sending payment to take advantage of combined shipping.
• Automatically calculated shipping discounts may be subject to correction, at our discretion.
• Shipping via DHL ground is not available to PO boxes (except for pickup at the receiving station), Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories. See additional information below.

PO boxes, APOs, and non-standard shipping:

• Items not exceeding $500 in value may be shipped by US Priority mail to your P.O. or A.P.O. box.
• Additional charges usually apply for all items shipped via US Priority mail. Insurance is extra, and required.
• Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories outside the lower 48 states will be sent via US Priority mail.
• Shipping via US Priority mail may not be available for all items. (e.g. large or expensive items). If this may pose a problem for you or the item you're bidding on, please confirm availability before you bid.
• At your request, items may also be shipped via DHL ground and held at the destination station for pickup. Standard shipping rates (including insurance) apply. Available in the lower 48 states only, valid photo ID required for pickup.
• In rare cases where shipping via DHL ground and US Priority mail are not available, items may be shipped via DHL Air. Again, please confirm price and availability before bidding. Buyer pays actual shipping and handling charges.

Local Pickup:

Local pickup and payment are available at no charge, and by appointment only. Arrangements for pickup must be made via e-mail and at least a day in advance. Items must be paid for and picked up within 7 days. You must bring a printed copy of your winning bidder notification for your purchase price to be honored, as some items may also be for sale in our retail store. If using PayPal, please submit payment after requesting an invoice to avoid paying shipping charges.

  • For personal checks, you must include your Drivers license number, issuing state, and date of birth on your check. This information is required by most retail stores, and we are no different. Checks missing this information cannot be processed and will delay your shipment. Please PRINT clearly.
  • For security purposes, items will only be shipped to the address as it appears on the check.
  • Personal checks can usually be processed electronically and will be returned with your shipment. If your check cannot be processed electronically, your payment will typically be held for 1-5 business days before shipping, however we reserve the right to hold your payment for up to 10 business days.

Warranty Information:

No warranties are provided, except as explicitly stated above in the auction description. Any items which include a DOA warranty and arrive DOA will be issued a refund after the merchandise is returned to us, and its status verified. In most cases we will request detailed pictures and/or information before approving an RMA. Any damage resulting from, or appearing to be the result of misuse or maltreatment of the product will void the warranty. False or exaggerated claims will not be honored. We record serial numbers. PayPal policy dictates that the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges (eBay has no such policy). However, in the interest of providing excellent customer service a pre-paid shipping label may, in many cases, be provided at no cost to you. It is solely YOUR responsibility to securly pack items you are returning to us. Poor or inadequate packaging may delay, reduce, or completely negate your refund and any chance of a warranty being honored. Additional charges for non-standard shipping are non-refundable.
