This HP Procurve Switch J4813Ahas been tested and is in good working condition. I will give a 90 Day Warranty but HP gives a lifetime warranty. If youhave a problem ( I have sold quite a few of these with no problesm as of yet) the switch needs to be returned for a replacement switch.
