Warranty

All Computer Gallery servers are thoroughly audited sold with a NO DOA warranty assuring hardware will be as described in the auction details. Servers DO NOT HAVE an operating system installed and Computer Gallery does not provide technical support for server and RAID configuration, OS installation or inexperienced user issues. Items such as batteries, tape media and toner are consumables and are not warranted. SmartStart, Set-up and Driver CD's are not included, unless listed as extras in the item description, and are not available from our company. This warranty statement is intended for this server only. Satisfaction Guaranteed! We want you to be completely satisfied with your Computer Gallery server! If, upon inspection, you believe the item description was inaccurate and we have not exceeded your expectations, please contact us at ebay@computergalleryonline.com. Any item returned for repair, exchange, credit or refund must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, must be in original condition, and contain all original packing materials and accessories. A 15% return fee may be charged to cover re-listing, restocking and payment processing fees. Original freight charges are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for all return freight costs. No returns will be accepted after 10 days.
