HP Mini 5103 Netbook***ON A BUDGET- SOLD AS IS***Observations:- This is a machine that has been previously used in a classroom environment
- All ports have been tested and are in working condition
- The keyboard is complete and it doesn\'t have any loose keys
- Mouse track\'s left button is missing its top rubber cover. This does NOT affect its performance.
- Screen has a thin long scratch (please see picture)
- Battery needs replacement. It does NOT hold a charge
- 65w charger is included with your purchase. This charger is NOT the original power adapter that came with the machine. It has enough voltage to power the laptop. You can acquire a generic 120v AC Adapter for about $10 which is the ideal charger for this particular model.
- Windows 7 Professional is installed and licensed. Microsoft license COA sticker is pasted on the bottom portion of the laptop.

Dead on Arrivals (DOAs) and ReplacementsAlthough I test all of our products before shipping, DOAs do happen from time to time. My warranty will cover the damaged equipment and I will either refund or replace it at no cost. All DOAs and replacements will ship via UPS Ground or USPS PriorityMail service withing 24 Hrs of notification. If you need faster shipping times, the buyer will assume the difference in shipping costs.
ReturnsI accept returns withing 30 days of purchase for any reason. Returned merchandise MUST be well packed for a return to be accepted. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of the return shipment and will be liable for the merchandise until I receive it. What that means is that we strongly recommend insuring the merchandise for the invoiced amount. If I receive damaged goods, I reserve the right to refuse the refund or discount the value of the damaged goods from the refund.
