Local Pick-up: By appointment only between 10am and 4pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Chesterfield or St. Ann, Missouri. (Other times may be available for an additional charge). Failure to pick-up your item within 7 days of end of auction could result in a storage fee of $3.00 per day. Due to Paypal policies we cannot accept Paypal payments on items that are picked-up in person! International Shipping: We use U.S.P.S. for international shipping. The quote for shipping will NOT include applicable duties and taxes owed to your country. Appropriate values will be used for customs purposes, no exceptions!

In those cases, you must notify us within48 hours of receipt of a damaged item. We will assist you in filing your claim with the insurance company to recover your loss. You MUST keep all packaging materials and send us photographs of the item. If you feel an item is damaged prior to even opening it, contact us upon receipt. Failure to fully cooperate in assisting us with the insurance claim will result in your loss of any potential reimbursement.
