This unit waspulled in near new conditionand does not include manuals, cabling or software. The unit pictured is not neccesarily the exact unit you will receive.

Terms

Payment must be received within 7 days after the end of the auction. We only accept PAYPAL verified, Money Orders, or Bank Checks for US orders.International orders must be either PAYPAL verified or Wire Transfer. The unit will not be shipped until the full payment has been received and cleared.

Shipping

We only shippackages via FedEx and UPS. We WILL NOT ship via USPS. We WILL NOT ship terminal to terminal. All items purchased that weigh over 100 lbs. when fully packaged will be palletized and shipped via freight. Freight quotes are available upon request. All packages leaving our facility must be insured.We will ship to most regions in the world. Shipping costs are calculated at end of bidding. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and packaging costs. We do not pay for return shipping. If item is damaged during shipping then buyer will not receive refund until shipper pays claim. Buyer can arrange own shipping, we will still charge for packing materials and labor.

Warranty

We warrant the item against DOA for 30 days after receipt. We are not responsible for damages caused during shipping or damages caused by user modifications (firmware upgrades, physical modifications, dropping etc). Seller is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable. We will not accept returns because of user configuration and set up issues. Please verify first that this unit is compatible with your environment.

Buyer must contact us within 3 days of the end of the auction to arrange payment and payment must be made within 10 days of the end of the auction, otherwise the item will be re-listed. Completedauctions canceled by the winning bidder are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We reserve the right to cancel the Auction at any time. We reserve the right to cancel or re-list the auction if the winning bidder has no feedback or negative feedback.
