What's Covered Under Warranty?
Warrantycoverage is for all hardware, hardware components,and softwareincluded with the original sale.
Software pre-installed at time of purchase will be covered for initial 30 Days ONLY.
All other software installed post-sale (not included/installed at time of sale) will not be covered under warranty.
Software/Data Recovery is not covered under Warranty.
When configuring your system for first use, please ensure that all backup and recovery files are created in the event that your software is compromised.
In the event that repairs are sought without a return, estimates for all repair and service costs must be submitted to our accounting department for approval BEFORE proceeding with repairs (please contact us for details).
Any repair/service cost summary submitted without prior approval from our accounting department may be denied as part of the warranty procedure, and may not be reimbursed.
Additional Warranty Information:
All returns are subject to authorization fromrequire an RMA number.
Returns for refund may be assessed a restocking fee and reimbursement for shipping costs.
Any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the amount of refund.
Global Shipping Program(GSP):
All International Sales purchased via the Global Shipping Program (GSP) will be subject to the GSP Return Policy, which may differ from the warranty described above.
Using a third-party Freight/Mail Forwarding service isNOT covered under the Money Back Guarantee

-We do not authorize the use of Shipping Distributors/Mail Forwarding Services (other than the GSP), due to a strict EXPORT policy.
-We donot warranty ANY order that has been forwarded/reshipped to a location that is not the Confirmed Address.
-We will not validate any warranty for these types of orders, and will not offer any compensation for return, replacement, or refund for orders shipped via forwarding service, or otherwise forwarded to another location by a 3rd party service.
AGAIN, ALL SHIPMENTS USING THE TYPES OF ADDRESSES FOR SHIPPING DISTRIBUTORS/MAIL FORWARDING SERVICES WILL BE CANCELED AND REFUNDED WITHOUT NOTIFICATION TO THE BUYER.
