So we have been asked is this a window or bios locked. We are not sure how to answer this question. I can say that there is only 2 screens we can get to. One is the screen saver. The other is a page with a user name and a spot for a password. the only options from there is to change password to pin, shut down , restart, adjust graphic (contrast etc.), connect to wifi and forgot password. That is about it. I have included a pic of the screens ( had to cut half off for privacy). I hope this helps.
