Sales Policy: Your bid is a contract - Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally biding contract to purchase the item. Shipping Details: All shipments will be via UPS Ground unless other method is requested and confirmed. Shipping abroad usually done via EMS (Express air mail) with the tracking information available upon request. Orders are generally shipped on the same or next day after full payment has been received. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses unless it's been requested and confirmed before bidding. In no circumstances we will be able to refund shipping and handling fees, it's not refundable - please do not ask.

Returns & Refunds: In the unlikely event of a problem with the item we will provide an exchange after receiving the item with the RMA number. All RMA requests have to be made during period of 30 days from the date of purchase. All exchanges require RMA number, please request it before shipping items back to us. If you return any item to us without obtaining RMA number, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
All returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. Software sales are not refundable. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.
