This auction is for 2gb (1gbx2) of ECC registered PC3200 ddr that runs at 400mhz factory settings. This ram was used in a server and also a gaming system and was purchased retail about a year ago. I had this ram runnning stable in a gaming system at 433mhz with timings of 2.5CL,3,4,8 with stock voltage. I believe these DIMMS are manufactured by Samsung and sold under Gigaram and equiped with Gigaram alluminum heat spreaders. This ram is top of the line and not easy to find.
