VIA ID-PCM7G motherboard with integrated VIA C7-D Esther 1.5Ghz CPU and 512Mb PC2-4300 RAM.
Was going to make a file and print server with this board but never got around to it.
This CPU may not be a speed demon but it does have a very low 20W TDP and silent heatsink/fan.
This Motherboard used to run Windows XP, I can\'t guarantee compatibility with other OS, I did a quick test with 32 Bit Ubuntu 17 and it booted OK.
