Directlinx will ship your order 2-3 business days. Usually our customers receive their orders within 7 to 10 business days. Via Canada Post however during busy shipping periods like holidays. Shipping can take a bit longer. We also offer air shipping at an additional cost.

Pickup's Arrangements

Warranty Info

This product is covered by 30 days limited warranty from us. The product will be repair or replaced. Refunded less the shipping cost only if we all the accessories are included in the return shipment. Replacement items are shipped and refunds are made in 72 business hours of receiving the return shipment.

Products returned in other than new condition will be subject to a 20% minimum restocking fee. Products returned in damaged or unacceptable condition will be returned to the customer without exchange.
